TERMS & CONDITIONS – MONTHLY NEWBORN PHOTOSHOOT COMPETITION
Booking a photo session confirms that you, the Client, and I, the Photographer, agree to the session details as provided via email. This forms a legally binding agreement outlining the session, expectations, and any applicable terms.
1. Promoter
This competition is run by Perfect Moments Photography, based in Milton Keynes.
2. Eligibility
- The competition is open to parents expecting a baby or with a newborn aged 5–21 days at the time of the session.
- The session must take place within this age window and cannot be extended due to the nature of newborn photography.
- Entrants must be able to travel to the studio in Bletchley, Milton Keynes.
3. Competition Details
- One winner will be selected each month.
- The winner will receive a complimentary newborn photoshoot in the studio.
- The session includes:
- A fully styled newborn session
- Use of props, outfits, and accessories
- One printed image (6x9 inch) of their choice
4. Booking & Availability
- The winner must contact Perfect Moments Photography within 48 hours of being announced to claim their prize.
- The session date will be arranged based on the baby’s due date or date of birth and studio availability.
- As a limited number of newborn sessions are offered each month, flexibility is required.
5. Styling, Setups & Session Flow
- The session will be fully styled by the photographer in line with her artistic style.
- Parents may share colour preferences, as well as any preferred poses or setups, prior to the session. These will be taken into consideration where possible.
- All poses and setups are subject to the baby’s comfort, cooperation and safety, as well as the time available during the session.
- The session will last up to 2 hours, allowing time for feeding, settling and posing the baby.
- Family and sibling images can be included if requested but are not required.
- The photographer will guide the session and decide when a sufficient variety of images has been achieved to a professional standard.
6. Viewing & Image Selection
- A face-to-face viewing appointment will take place in the studio.
- The complimentary print must be selected during this appointment.
- Images are not provided for home viewing, and online galleries are not included in this prize.
7. Additional Purchases
- There is no obligation to purchase anything beyond the included print.
- Additional digital images, prints, and products will be available to purchase during the viewing appointment.
8. Image Selection & Editing
- The photographer will professionally select the best images from the session to present in the gallery.
- Only fully edited images will be shown.
- Unedited (RAW) images will not be provided or available for viewing.
9. Attendance & Cancellations
- Once booked, the session is reserved specifically for the winner.
- Failure to attend the session or viewing appointment without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the prize and ineligibility for future competitions or offers.
10. Rescheduling
- Rescheduling may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the photographer’s discretion.
- Due to the time-sensitive nature of newborn photography, this cannot be guaranteed.
11. Non-Transferable
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other service.
12. Use of Images
- By entering the competition, you agree that images from the session may be used by Perfect Moments Photography for:
- Portfolio
- Website
- Social media
- Marketing materials
If you prefer your images not to be used, this must be requested in writing prior to the session.
13. General
- By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
- Perfect Moments Photography reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
